In the second week of October, teachers from all participating schools got together in Gulpen to plan the project for the next two years. They selected the clients that are going to give the students their assignment: Logos in Antwerp that supplied the Woodstock project, a logistic challenge and Denford’s F1 in Schools, which is a more Science-based challenge to build a miniature aerodynamic racing car. They also agreed on the dates for the next few student meetings in Lecce (24-26 November ’21), Merksem (23-25 February ’22) Gulpen (30 May – 1 June ’22) and the tools they’re going to use to assess progress. The teachers will have their training, evaluation and planning meeting in Lecce (23-25 May ’21)
